PHIZIE Inc. is an independent software company founded in North Carolina in April 2022.
We build practical software for individuals and businesses who believe technology should make life easier, not more complicated.
Some of our software is designed for everyday use. Other solutions are built around the specific challenges businesses face. Both start with the same idea: technology should solve problems, not create new ones.
Why PHIZIE exists
Good ideas shouldn’t die because someone doesn’t have a giant company behind them.
Technology has made it possible for small teams and independent developers to build things that once required enormous organizations, expensive infrastructure and layers of management. We believe that creates an opportunity worth pursuing.
PHIZIE Inc. was founded on the belief that experience, creativity, determination and the right tools can accomplish extraordinary things without extraordinary overhead.
We don’t believe every problem needs a massive platform, an expensive subscription or another complicated system. Sometimes it just needs someone willing to understand the problem and build something that works.

PHIZIE Inc. was founded on a career spanning more than three decades in telecommunications, technology, operations, analytics and cross-functional leadership.
Throughout that career, one lesson remained consistent: technology is only valuable when it helps people accomplish something meaningful. Software should eliminate unnecessary work, simplify complicated processes and help people make better decisions.

Two ways we build
We create software products designed to solve everyday problems. Our philosophy is simple: buy it once, own the right to keep using it.
We don’t believe customers should have to maintain a subscription just to continue using software they’ve already purchased. Optional upgrades may be offered, but the decision belongs to the customer.

We start by understanding the problem rather than arriving with a predetermined solution. The objective is not to sell more technology. It’s to make the technology useful.

Software should support your decisions, not make them for you.
We collect as little as we reasonably can. We don’t build products around selling personal data or tracking behavior for advertising.
Our desktop software is built around perpetual licensing, not a subscription you have to keep paying to go on using what you bought.
If something is unfinished, we say so. If a feature isn’t available, we don’t pretend otherwise.
Useful technology shouldn’t require an enormous budget, a dedicated IT department or a computer science degree.
Good ideas matter. Working products matter more.
The company
PHIZIE Inc. is a small, founder-led software company. We don’t pretend to have a sprawling corporate headquarters, hundreds of employees or an enormous research department.
We use experience, modern development tools and AI-assisted engineering to pursue ambitious projects while keeping our operation lean. We believe a company’s value should be measured by what it builds and delivers — not by how many people occupy an office building.
